How It Works

2. Schedule your times

Schedule your date and time for your installation and takedown with us over the phone, or through our online calendar.

We have a $50 deposit to reserve your appointment and is included with the package when the job is complete.

When you buy lights through us we require a down payment for the lights only. The remaining balance is paid once the job is complete.

Once booked, we will send you a confirmation text and email to confirm your appointment and times.

3. Installation

  • We will send you a 48 hour reminder for your appointment. This is the time to let us know any alterations needed for the install. (more lights, extension cords, timer). Pricing may change accordingly.

  • We will call about 20 minutes before your scheduled time to confirm that you are ready for us to start working.

  • We will then do the install, and once complete, give you a walkthrough to ensure your expectations are met.

4. Takedown

In January, according to the time you booked, we will send you a 48 hour reminder regarding your takedown appointment

Our team will show up to take down the holiday decorations, and package them neatly and tidily for next season

We also have labeled totes and boxes available for purchase to make next years process even easier.

Finally, upon request, we put them back in storage for you, walk you through to show where items were placed, and the job is complete!
